We know you are excited to get your Painless Aussie products, we are too! That is why we do our best to ensure the delivery is processed as fast as possible to ensure you get your items fast.

All of our products are located within Australia and shipped from Australia, with warehouses usually located either in Victoria or New South Wales. This depends on the levels of stock and demand.

Our hard-working team processes all orders within 24 hours of purchase. This can extend to 48 hours during holiday seasons and public holidays. 

You will typically receive your order within 4-8 business days of placing your order. This is excluding any delays caused by couriers. 

Due to unforeen circumstances, we sometimes experience slightly longer delivery times.

If you are on the tail end of the delivery period, we apologise for any inconvenience caused. 

This doesn’t occur often but can during busy periods, with most of this being out of our control and within the control of the postal services. If you have any questions, please contact us via our Contact Us page, but please be assured that your order will be shipped to you as soon as possible.

We also offer Fast and Free delivery Australia-wide on all orders with no minimum purchase requirements, unless otherwise specified. 

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. This email will contain your tracking number to follow while your order is in transit.

Please note that whilst our products are stored and shipped from Australia, they are not made in Australia. Our products are typically made in China to ensure you get your useful products at affordable prices.

Delivery is FAST & FREE for all orders Australia Wide. This means you’ll get your amazing product delivered to your door step quickly and for FREE.

HOW LONG UNTIL I GET MY PRODUCT?

We process all orders within 24 hours of purchase, ensuring you get your Painless Aussie products as soon as possible. 

We aim to have your products dispatched between 1-3 days and delivered between 4-8 business days.
